What law governs this agreement?

● This web site is owned, hosted and maintained within the Republic of South Africa and the user agrees that the law of the Republic of South Africa will govern this agreement and any consequences which may flow from it.

Consent to jurisdiction

● The user consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court having jurisdiction in terms of section 28 of the Magistrate’s Court Act (as amended).
